Theresa Wallis Interiors offers a complete, professional design service from inception to completion, whether it is a small one-time project or a complete redesign. We work very closely with our clients to create a home they will love.

We work on old and new projects and offer a very wide range of services.  We also have our own team of specialist trades.

Client Consultation

At the initial meeting, we discuss the client’s needs, personal tastes and how you would like to use the space so that we are fully aware of the client’s aspirations for the property.  This information is used to create a design that fits the client brief perfectly.

Consulting Service

Some clients prefer to manage their own projects and just need guidance and advice, we offer a consult service based on an hourly or day rate, whether it is assisting with colour choices for fabrics, paints and wallpaper, furniture placement and purchasing furniture, lighting and accessories to maximizing the use of the space, light and flow.  We also work with a team of trades that we can recommend and we can project co-ordinate, which is charged at an hourly rate or a percentage of the build cost, whichever the client prefers.

Design Service

We work very closely with our clients ensuring designs are put together within budget and on time.

A design for each room is presented showing the colour scheme, furniture pieces, lighting specification, floor finishes, fabric palettes and room layouts and a full breakdown of cost.   These are reviewed with the client and revised where necessary to ensure the client is delighted with the scheme.

Theresa Wallis Interiors sources and supplies:

fabrics, wall coverings, accessories, furniture and floor finishes and all other components for a scheme.

It is so important to us that clients feel comfortable and relaxed throughout the process so we like to be transparent from the outset and we can tailor to fit every budget.

Fees vary according to the scope of work and room size.  A detailed quote will be provided following the initial consultation.

A huge amount of time is spent sourcing fabrics, wall coverings, flooring, furniture and samples for a client to review.  It also covers floor plans and furniture layout.  This covered in the interior design fee.
